Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via post office or others depending on the destination of the package.
Shipping costs include packaging and handling, as well as the costs of the shipping company. Shipping rates vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group different orders placed separately and the shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but will be take special care to protect fragile objects.

Only products that are in poor condition (those having arrived broken) when removed from the box can be returned. In this case, you must request from our Customer Service department the return within 10 days from the date of receipt. The return costs will be covered by PiccoliToys. In the case of the client returning it by their own means, they will not be able to claim the refund of the amount of the transport used to make the return.
Contact our Customer Service department, who will be in charge of requesting the collection of the product st your home address or indicated address. It must be done by sending an email with the product photo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received. In the case it is no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar measures and capacities.
The amount will not be refunded if the product is used and those products which the buyer does not like.
Upon receipt of the products in our warehouse and verification that they are in good condition we will return to you the amount paid or send you a new product within 10 working days.
